Shirin Dehghan Joins NexScale as Business Advisor to Help Scale AI Automation for Small Businesses

We’re thrilled to announce that Shirin Dehghan FREng has joined NexScale as a Strategic Business Advisor. A respected leader in the tech ecosystem, Shirin brings over 30 years of experience in building, scaling, and advising high-growth software and communications companies.

She is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of Oxford Algorithms, where she leads the development of AI-powered solutions for financial markets. Her work at the intersection of AI and capital markets reflects her forward-looking mindset and track record of turning cutting-edge technologies into real business value.

Shirin was previously the Founder and CEO of Arieso, a pioneering location-aware network optimization company that she scaled to global success and led to a $85M acquisition in 2013, a defining exit in the European tech scene. Her operational and strategic leadership continues to serve as a model for tech entrepreneurs navigating hypergrowth.

Shirin holds a Master of Engineering in Electronics from the University of Southampton, and is recognized for her contributions to the UK and European tech ecosystem, particularly in strategic growth, go-to-market execution, and exit planning.
