Yes. NexScale Chloe™ is designed to be compliant with PIPEDA in Canada (including Quebec's Law 25), GDPR in the EU/EEA, and US state privacy laws (CCPA/CPRA, VCDPA, and equivalents). We support data subject access requests, deletion, portability, and consent management. For customers with specific regulatory requirements — including municipal, healthcare-adjacent, or YMCA federation requirements — we work with you on the appropriate data-handling configuration during onboarding.
Customer data is hosted on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure with regional data residency available for Canadian and US customers. EU residency is on the roadmap as part of our international expansion. We're happy to share our full sub-processor list and infrastructure details under NDA during procurement.
